Bringing the science of wellness into her music, SEAY carefully chose music that would assist the listener, and lyrics to assist the processing of emotions. Half of the tracks are lyrical expressions, while half of the album highlights the voice, otherworldly vocals and chants as an instrument alongside, piano and instrumental performances performed, engineered and arranged by Seay and Jules Delgado of Illumination Music Studio.
